JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be part of a team specialized in property management and maintenance.
You will perform various operational and maintenance tasks within the municipality's properties, focusing on cultural and recreational properties. It is a responsible and stimulating job where the operation of the premises, technology, and the property are at the center.
You will have an important role in ensuring that the municipality's properties are managed and maintained in a customer-oriented, economical, and sustainable manner. You will ensure that ongoing operations and maintenance function, address reported issues, and manage daily tenant contacts.
The position includes on-call duties, currently every eighth week.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with education in the property area or equivalent experience. The job requires that you are well acquainted with the technology in a property, but also that you are service-oriented and have an outgoing customer-oriented perspective. We place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate and your flexibility.
High school education in HVAC or work experience in the field is advantageous but not a requirement for the position. High school education in electrical engineering or work experience in the field is advantageous but not a requirement for the position. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
